Vuelta al cole

Hoy es día de vuelta al cole, por lo menos aquí en la Comunidad de Madrid.

** Today we are back to school, at least here in the Community of Madrid (Spain).

¡Qué recuerdos! Todavía recuerdo ese día de sentimientos contrapuestos, felices por ver a nuestros compañeros después de todo el verano pero un poco melancólicos por que se terminan las vacaciones y empieza la rutina. Aquellos maravillosos años ...

**I still remember that day of mixed feelings, happy to see our friends after summer but a little melancholy because is the end of our summer holidays and the beggining of the routine. Wonder Years ...

Aunque ya hace años que no vamos al cole, somos muy conscientes de que la 
educación y todo lo que conlleva ha cambiado muchísimo.

** Although we are not going to school since some years, we are well aware that education and all that entails have changed dramatically.

A mí todavía me gusta en estas fechas acercarme por las librerías y secciones de papelería de las grandes superficies para echar un vistazo a todo el material (cuadernos, carpetas, bolígrafos, agendas, etc), la verdad que tienen cosas muy bonitas, pero eso sí, hay que llevar bien preparada la cartera, ¡vaya precios!

** A I still like to go to the bookshops and stationery sections of supermarkets to take a look at all the material (notebooks, folders, pens, calendars, etc.), the truth is that things are very nice, but you need to have enough money to take over, prices are really high.

Estas libretas son preciosas, me imagino que os sonarán. En realidad lo que vale son las cubiertas que son en relieve y haciendo unos diseños muy bonitos y coloridos, pero los precios dan susto.

** These notebooks are beautiful, I guess you know it. The best part are the covers that are embossed and with very beautiful and colorful designs, but prices are scary :S.

Me encantan los rotuladores, acuarelas y pinturas de colores.

** I love pens, watercolors and colored pictures.

Hay accesorios de todo tipo ... antes con unos cuantos lápices y bolígrafos nos arreglábamos.

** There are all kinds of accessories.

Y por último os dejo con estas gomas de borrar GIGANTES que me encontré en una librería.

El diario de Bridget Jones

Hoy no puedo menos que dedicarle este post a Bridget Jones, esa rubita solterona con tanto encanto. Inspiradora y colaboradora de éste blog, aunque ella no lo sepa. :P

--Today I can only dedicate this post to Bridget Jones, this blonde maid with so much charm. My inspiration and contributor of this blog, although she doesn´t know. :P

Sobre todo su primera película es muy conocida, El diario de Bridget Jones. Es una película británica de 2001 dirigida por Sharon Maguire. Guión de Andrew Davies y Helen Fielding basado en la novela homónima de la propia Fielding. Fue protagonizada por Renée Zellweger, Colin Firth y Hugh Grant.

**Especially his first film is well known, Bridget Jones's Diary. It is a British film directed by Sharon Maguire 2001. Screenplay by Andrew Davies and Helen Fielding based on the novel by Fielding itself. He was starring Renée Zellweger, Colin Firth and Hugh Grant.

Decidme quién de vosotr@s no ha escrito nunca un diario o al menos unos nuevos propósitos para año nuevo, como éstos de Bridget:

nº1: Evidentemente, perder diez kilos. 

nº 2: Echar siempre las bragas de la noche anterior en el cesto de la ropa sucia. 

nº3: No menos importante, encontrar un novio amable y sensato, y no seguir estableciendo lazos afectivos con ninguno de los siguientes tipos: alcohólicos, adictos al trabajo, "fóbicos" al compromiso, mirones, megalómanos, gilipollas emocionales o pervertidos.

"The edge of reason" es la segunda película de Bridget Jones, la película ya la he visto y aproveché un mercadillo de segunda mano de ayuda a un refugio de animales, en La Linea de la Concepción (Cádiz) para comprar éste libro ¡por solo 1€! Por supuesto me lo tenía que comprar. Ya os contaré cuando lo termine.

-- "The Edge of Reason", the second film of Bridget Jones. I've already watched it and took the oportunity in a street market in La Linea de la Concepción (Cádiz) to get this book for only 1 €! Of course I had to buy it. I'll tell you when I finish.

Comienza mi viaje

¡Buenos días a tod@s!

Hoy por fin me he decidido a empezar éste viaje por el mundo de los Blogs. :D. Soy una lectora de blogs empedernida y siempre he querido escribir uno. Y bueno, aquí estoy. Pero... no estoy sola no, me acompaña mi nueva amiga Blethy.

-- Good morning everybody!

Today I finally decided to begin this journey into the world of blogging. :D I am a compulsive blog reader and I have always wanted to write one. And, here I am. But ... I am not alone, I am with my new friend Blethy.

Blethy es una Blythe que adopté hace unas semanas gracias a mi amiga Leti, que es una  "Blythe-adicta". Bueno, en realidad no sé si tengo que darle las gracias o matarla, porque me estoy arruinando. :(

-- Blethy is a Blythe I adopted two weeks ago thanks to my friend Leti, who is a "Blytheholic". Well, I don´t really know if I have to thank her or kill her, beacause I am already out of money. :(

Me imagino que os estaréis preguntando, ¿pero de que va a tratar éste blog?  Bueno, pues va a tratar de todo un poco, aún no se deciros concretamente... hablaremos de Blythes, moda, música, curiosidades, tecnología, viajes, y de cosas que vaya viendo que me resulten interesantes para contaros... ah!!! Y por supuesto también tendremos algún DIY (Do It Yourself), porque me encantan. 

-- I guess you might be wondering, what is this blog about? Well, I do not really know exactly but I can say I will write about: Blythes, fashion, music, curiosities, technology, trips,  and other interesting things I consider. And of course, I will do some DIY, because I love it!

Eso si, todo esto lo contaré desde el punto de vista de mi Blethy... no quiero quitarle el protagonismo que se merece. :P
